Programs tailored to meet individual needs

In order to provide each individual with the most appropriate level of intervention, Keystone Community Resources offers several different group home programs tailored to meet specific client needs.

Having such a diversified number of program options, Keystone is able to offer a comprehensive clinical program that allows these individuals to transition from a highly structured environment into a less structured setting.

All of our programs utilize the PLUS Program, an individually based levels program developed to treat adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.

PLUS Program:

+ Positive Reinforcement
+ Learning
+ Understanding
+ Support

The PLUS Program is an individual behavior tracking, management and treatment program designed to teach and foster pro-social behavior among developmentally  disabled children and teenagers in a residential setting.  This in turn can enable these children to complete residential treatment and live successfully in a more independent and less restrictive setting.

Specific Areas of Focus:

+ Individual and group therapy
+ Family therapy
+ Life skills training
+ Behavior tracking
+ Goal tracking
+ Positive reinforcement system
+ Progressive levels of responsibility training

These programs offer a family-like atmosphere with low client to staff ratios where individuals can focus on the development of daily skills, obtain community employment (if appropriate), and continue working toward the acquisition of a high school diploma.
