Supportive Nursing

Keystone Community Resources provides Supportive Nursing services.  Each program participant is assigned a nurse responsible for coordinating his or her overall healthcare.  As a member of the Interdisciplinary team of professionals serving each individual, the nurse works closely with program managers and program coordinators to assure that all aspects of the individual’s health needs are met.

Nurses consult with treating physicians, administer medications, and train staff in medication administration and health care issues.  Our nurses regularly consult with the local Health Care Quality Unit (HCQU) to assure that our services meet stringent quality standards.

 

Medical Services

Keystone utilizes the services of physicians in a wide variety of areas including general practice, psychiatry, dentistry, audiology, ophthalmology, podiatry, and gynecology.
